Rob had always been very interested in the Real Estate and Mortgage industry and had a longtime goal of being a part of it. One of the driving forces for Rob was the lack of professionalism and customer service he had experienced in his own personal home purchases. He started training in mortgage financing and soon after completed his schooling for his real estate license. Part of that education contained a very important acronym, C.O.A.L.D., Care, Obedience, Accounting, Loyalty, Disclosure; which was to set a standard of care for clients and customers that a real estate agent is to provide. The meaning behind this acronym is the core of how Rob conducts himself professionally.

Rob has an extensive background in real estate financing. As a long time loan officer he has kept himself abreast of all different types of financing and the impacts they may have on his clients. Rob utilizes this extensive knowledge in assisting all of his clients. Rob is able to provide buyers with all the necessary tools to choose the right loan program for themselves. He can also help his buyers to properly shop for their mortgage so they are getting the best and fairest deal. Rob is able to assist his sellers, whether an individual or a company, on deciphering which offers have strong approvals and which offers may not. He can prequalify buyers very quickly, usually in less then an hour, to help his clients make good choices. Rob opened his own mortgage company in 2006 based in South Jordan, Utah

Rob has had a very successful real estate career. A year after he was licensed Rob was awarded the Emerald Masters Award by Century 21 for over 5 million in sales. But more importantly, is the numerous very happy clients that he has helped. Rob doesn’t care if you are buying or selling a $50,000 property or a million dollar home he always provides the best service to everyone. Rob has an incredible attention to detail in all his transactions. He carefully listens to all of your needs, wants and concerns. Then will carefully and attentively address everything. He understands everyone whether you are a first-time buyer, a seller with any spectrum of issues, an investor looking to make a smart choice or a bank needing local expertise. Rob has personally bought and sold over 30 homes in slow, moderate and fast paced markets which gives him a strong insight on what, when and where to buy. He has also designed and built several homes. This building experience enables Rob to

look at a home and see things that the average agent doesn’t. He continually educates himself and researches the markets he provides his service in to make sure he is always providing service one-step ahead of his competition. Rob most recently accomplished his Certified Foreclosure Specialist certification as well as completing an in-depth 30 hour course on Real Estate Finance.
