Here in Central Oregon the inventory is huge. Many bank owned and short sales to pick from. Bend Oregon is known for the high desert so the weather is dry with some snow in the winter. The sun is shining here most of the time and the high moutains are perfect for skiing in the winter and fishing in the many lakes in the summer. Because of its perfect location many builders moved in to make their fortune and when the ecconomy went down, many homes left unsold and empty so now is the time to pick out your dream home or property for future plans.
