Anne Dowd Moretti

Anne has a Master’s Degree in International Economics from Columbia University, and she received a B.S. Degree, Phi Beta Kappa, from Georgetown University School of Foreign Service. She is a consistent recipient of the Westchester County Board of Realtors annual awards for highest ranking Westchester Realtors.
Anne’s international experience and strong business background have made her an extremely effective relocation specialist. She networks with agents and corporations around the world and has special expertise in working with executives transferring to the Westchester area. Anne’s comprehensive attention to detail and her ability to problem solve complex issues, along with her easy personal style are her professional trademarks. Anne’s real estate business is a mix of both corporate relocations and personal referrals from many satisfied clients who have worked with her in the past.
Prior to working in real estate, Anne spent nine years on Wall Street. As an International loan officer at Irving Trust Company in the 1980’s, Anne traveled throughout Japan, Korea and China (she speaks Chinese) and was an early pioneer of American women banking officers in Asia. Later, while at Kidder Peabody, she was Vice President in the investment bank’s Fixed Income Sales Division, where she helped clients evaluate volatile financial markets and make prudent investment decisions.
Anne lives in Scarsdale and is married with three sons. She has deep roots in the Scarsdale community where her husband’s family has lived since the 1920’s. She actively serves on numerous community Boards and committees and she is a visible player on the Scarsdale Women’s Tennis Team. Although Scarsdale is Anne's primary market, she has listed and sold properties throughout Westchester County over the past fourteen years and enjoys a strong referral base of clients.
