When agency concerns moved to the forefront of real estate brokerage a number of years ago, I became one of the first Brokers in the Asheville area to specialize in Exclusive Buyer Agency, beginning in 1994. I have an extensive background in all areas of real estate, including brokerage, financing and real estate law. I also maintain an active law license in North Carolina, and specialized in real estate law for more than 20 years before entering the brokerage side of the business. I am also an instructor for the N. C. Real Estate Commission, and teach real estate continuing education and license courses. Since I do not accept listings, or represent sellers, you may be assured that 100% of my efforts will be toward helping your referrals achieve their objectives.
