David has lived in the Indianapolis are for all of 45 years and was North Central High School Panther 71’. He attended IUPUI and has a degree in Business and Real Estate. Installed Greenhouses and Solarium on Indiana’s Schools including the one the south west end of Carmel High School

His background in both commercial and residential construction put him in a knowledge position to work with Buyer and Seller that will feel more comfortable with experienced Brokers. After building Homes, Restaurants and Room Additions, Dave knows houses inside out, from the bottom up, from left to right, forward and backward (or is that backward and forward). You get the idea. He also bought and sold HUD repos as investments and is trained on Short Sales and Foreclosures. He loves to negotiate sales contracts to get his buyers the best house for their money. Plus, he knows a good house when he sees one.
