Not for the good and I understand current political forces would appreciate if all mortgage brokers would just disappear so that the government can take away every choice except theirs for your home loans. Think the homogenation of the mortgage brokers is the worst thing that could happen to you and me. I have managed to skirt that happening, so full steam ahead. If you are a Veteran, you are in the Cat Bird seat and your loans are the easiest to get through. Otherwise, I may have to work harder, but then, I have always loved the challenge and the satisfaction of making the "match" for you, my clients.
If you want to purchase, refinance or do alternative financing (Lease-Option) you are with the right Home and Loan 'Ranger. I obtained my Certified Negotiation Expert Real Estate designation in 2008 (CNE). It was a powerful course and would love to strut my stuff for your next real estate or loan transaction.
Remember....pre-qualification is a term of the past. You MUST be Qualified by a lender these days. I only show homes to clients I have qualified, as it increases your opportunity to purchase at least 50%, and that can make or break your dreams if it is "THE" house you want. Qualified means I have run your papers through the lender and he has said OK based on your information. In 24 years, I've not had a purchase declined because the client wasn't Qualified to make the purchase. Enough education....just give me a call with what you need and we'll get started.
