Patti is a native Californian living in the San Gabriel Valley for over 51 years, currently residing in the City of Azusa with her husband.
After graduating from Arcadia High School/Class of 1967, she boldly started in the business work force, while taking accounting courses at Citrus Junior College. She also attended a series of UCLA Extension courses in order to obtain a Certified Financial Planner License.
After serving a 36-year career for a major financial insititution and attaining a title as Vice-President, she decided to take an early retirement in 2003. During her tenure, she obtained a securities investment license, notary license, and a life insurance/annuity license. Her last 17 years was devoted to all types of consumer and commercial loans, Real Estate Purchase and refinance loans, as well as managing 425+ clients with assets totaling over $130 million.
Going forward with her life, she decided to obtain her Real Estate license and apply her true passion of helping people live the American dream of home ownership. She is a member of the Citrus Valley Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, as well as the National Association of Realtors. In her spare time, she loves to conduct fund-raising events for her favorite charities and local Senior Centers.
Patti is a tireless worker with great enthusiasm for whatever she applies herself to. She is honest, staightforward, is a meticulous worker, and gets the job done.
